Mr. Evan-san

Our friend Bob had a birthday party at a sushi restaurant last week so we brought Evan along for his first Japanese food experience. He seemed enjoy it quite a bit. He scarfed down a bunch of edamame along with the avocado and cucumber rolls pictured below. Go Evan!

P.S. The next morning I made a discovery -- much like with corn, babies can't quite digest edamame. Live and learn.
