A Trip to Farrel-McWhirter Park

This afternoon the three of us headed over to Farrel-McWhirter Park in Redmond. It's a cute little park with a bunch of animals that are very easy to see (in contrast to the Woodland Park Zoo where the animals can be quite far away and hard to see).

Evan saw sheep, pigs, rabbits, horses, turkey and a bunch of other farmyard animals. Here he is looking at a goat.

Evan has become quite interested in water fountains lately and never passes up the opportunity to stop, beg to get picked up and then soak himself with water. This picture is pre-soaking.

He also doesn't pass up picking a flower for his mother either.

We had a great day at the park and look forward to a summer full of fun and great weather.
