From what I understand there was a lot of swimming in the pool. Even Alexis floated around with her arm floaties on. Evan loved going down the water slide, fishing, and pretending the driveway was an airport.
They went to the Hogle zoo and checked out the animals and the dinosaurs.
They went on the Heber Valley Railroad too. We all know Evan loves trains but he got a bit more than he bargained for on this ride -- the train was hit by robbers! They boarded the train and everyone reached for the sky! Evan was petrified.
I showed up to pick Evan and Alexis up. Turns out that Hurricane Irene was happening though so I wound up staying a few extra days with them. Plenty to do though. Evan, B and I went down the alpine roller coaster at Park City Mountain.
Alexis and Mini joined us on the alpine slide. Alexis even went up her first chair lift!
Evan also jumped on a bungee trampoline and seemed to love it.
Evan and Alexis had an amazing time on their vacation. Our sincerest thanks to my parents for helping out while we unpacked. I don't know how Jill and I could have done it without the help.
