June in Cape May

Even though we left 30 straight days of sunshine in Seattle for a bunch of rain in Cape May we still had an absolute blast. Evan was greeted by Cookie Monster and a plate of oatmeal raisin cookies.

He played in the fountains at the mall (actually he soaked his head!) so it didn't matter much that it was drizzling.

He helped Grandpa fish on the beach.

And he helped Grandma cook desert (the perennial favorite peanut butter ice cream pie).

I think Evan's favorite thing was going to the boardwalk. He rode all the rides he was tall enough for and had some great snacks as well.

By far my favorite part was Evan driving the bumper cars!
