Evan and Daddy trip to Park City

Evan and I went to Park City on a mini vacation to visit B and Mini and go skiing.  I wasn't sure what to expect.  Evan skipped last year so I thought he may have lost all the progress he made.  The first day was a bit slow.  Here he is spending more time chewing his glove than paying attention or skiing.

I skied with him after his lesson and he was doing better with me than in the lesson so we took a chance and bumped him up to the next group after the second day.  It was most definitely the right decision.  By the end of that day he was heading all the way up the mountain with his teacher and taking super long greens down the entier mountain.  Here I am skiing with him.

And here we are with B.

Here's Evan doing his thing.

He was a bit scared to go up the big chairlift with me and Mini and B but he got his confidence up and had a fantastic time.  He's since memorized the entire trail map and is so excited to come back in March.

At the end of the day he was so tired that this is what we had to take home.

We had a great time skiing, hanging out with the grand parents, swimming in the pool and seeing Uncle Dave.  We're really looking forward to catching up with the entire family in March.
