Ice Cream -- Please!

We all went out for dinner tonight and afterword Jill decided to get some ice cream. We thought Jill would just eat the ice cream in the front seat of the car and Evan wouldn't notice. Boy were we wrong! Evan sensed the creamy goodness Jill was eating. We started to hear "turn turn" as Evan asked for his turn. When that didn't work he started begging "please please". Jill's ice cream was chocolate, so we told him when he got home we'd get him his own ice cream. For the remainder of the car ride he said, "ice cream, ice cream". What you see below is one happy toddler that has learned a lesson in delayed gratification. Jill and I have learned that when it comes to ice cream Evan can not be denied.
