Alexis is Beginning to Reach

Ever since the beginning of February, Alexis has been reaching for things, sometimes grabbing them, sometimes putting them into her mouth. We have a chair we call the "Bird Chair" that Evan used to play in when he was little. It was the bird chair that first inspired Evan to reach around Christmas 2006 when he was 3 months old. Alexis followed in her brother's footsteps reaching to grab the handles and pulling them to make the bird spin. She smiles when she sees the little bird's face.
