My day at preschool

Somehow Evan got it in his head that he was going to be a teacher and send me and Jill to preschool.  He's been talking about it (and preparing for it) all week.  Today was the day and let me tell you, preschool can be tiring.  Evan had tons of activities for us to do.

Evan is writing a lot more now (I'm pretty impressed!).  He had been practicing all week reading some books for circle time.  It turned out that circle time was to include nine books.

(Un)fortunately, Alexis couldn't sit still that long so we moved on after the fourth book.  After every book, Evan added a link to his book caterpillar.

We had to take a break mid day for nap time but continued with outside time and music (a dance party in Evan's room) later that afternoon.  Evan was so excited to put this together for us.  He was so proud.  It's the most work I've ever seen him do to prepare for something.  I had a great day at preschool.
