A vacation

It's been a real long time since Jill and I have taken a vacation together.  We were lucky enough to have Megan come out from Seattle to look after the kids while we went to the Bahamas for a few days.  It was completely relaxing - exactly what we needed after our hectic summer.  We went to the beach, lounged by the pool, ate great food, and enjoyed the massive amount of water activities (water slides, lazy rivers, kayaking) that our resort offered.  The most memorable thing by far was our time with the dolphins.  We got to interact with them in shallow water.  Neither of us had ever done anything like that before.

Evan is already asking when he and Alexis can come and meet the dolphins.  I'm thinking it's going to be a while.
