Apple Sauce

Now that we're in possession of a ton of apples we need to figure out what to do with them.  Evan and Jill decided to make some home made apple sauce with some of them.  Evan peeled the apples.

Then Jill helped him measure the ingredients (I'm assuming some sugar and cinnamon) and mix it up in our largest pot.

After it was all done, he tasted the fruits of his labor, and from what he told me, it was fantastic.
